– Tham gia vào một sân chơi tiếng anh đầy lý thú
– Cải thiện và nâng cao khả năng nghe nói
– Sử dụng tiếng anh chuẩn xác
Với các hoạt động sôi nổi :
Section 1: WARM-UP (8:30am- 9:00am)
* Vocabulary Worksheet
* Leading Questions
* Watch Video Clip(s) ( CNN, ABC News, etc.)
* Follow- Up Tasks
– True/ false questions
– Multiple choice
– Question/ answer
* Summarizing
– Write a brief summary in groups
– Present the summary in public
* Follow-Up Questions
Section 2: PRESENTATION (9:00am- 10:00am)
* Listen to the presenter about a hot topic
* Participant ask questions pertaining to the topic
* Panel will take turns answering questions and giving opinions
* Participants will engage in conversation with each other
– Split into two groups to study questions and vocabulary
– Participate in a real-life activity
* Panel will reflect on the activity and offer advice
Section 3: FUN ACTIVITIES (10:00am – 11:00am)
* Job Interview
– Panel will give useful tips for interviews
– Participants will act out interviews with the panel
– Prizes will be given to the winners of the interview competition
* Twenty Questions
– Participant will randomly choose a career
– Other participants will ask yes/no questions to reveal the career
* Interpretation Competition
– Panel will write phrases sentences in Vietnamese
– Participants will interpret into English
– Panel will award prize(s) to the winner(s)
* Karaoke Singing
Section 4: CORRECTIONS AND ACCURACY (11:00am- 11:15am)
* Common errors
– Panel will correct common errors from participants throughout the morning
* Writing
– Participants will write a summary at home and send an email
– Panel will print out make corrections, and bring the summaries to the next meeting
